These terms apply to your use of services.infosechcc.com and to non-cyber business service engagements with HCC Systems.

1. Scope

We provide business technology services including software delivery, integration, automation, and operational support.

2. Engagements

Project work begins after scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed in writing. Changes may require updated estimates or milestones.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business and technical requirements.
  • Supply timely feedback and approvals.
  • Maintain authorized access to required systems and accounts.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees follow signed proposals, statements of work, or invoices. Late payments may pause work or support activities.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information received during service delivery and use it only for agreed business purposes.

6. Warranty and Liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
